We all want to understand more about culture: What is it? Can we measure it? What does a good culture look like? What influences it?

This event was held live online on 27 August 2020. View slides from this event.

Join us for programme taster session and hear from Ger Mitchell, Permanent TSB, Chief Human Resource Officer, a leader in financial services and a member of Irish Banking Culture Board to hear insights into culture and leadership considerations facing the financial services industry today. Ger will also discuss the importance of trust in leadership.

Hear how you can understand and influence culture in your organisation through our unique prestigious masters level programme the Professional Diploma in Leading Cultural Change and Ethical Behaviour in Financial Services which considers decision-making rationale, groupthink and measuring effectiveness and the impact of culture in organisations. This programme provides knowledge and tools to enable you to lead and embed effective cultures and develop critical awareness in the areas of culture, behaviour, and ethics.

The programme taster session will be held over Zoom. Please ensure you have access to Zoom in advance of the event taking place. Zoom is available on all PCs, laptops, tablets and Apple or Android devices. The link to join the session will be emailed to registered members on the day of the event.
