Ireland's Workplace Commission (WRC) has published a code of practice on the right to disconnect. In this webinar we will examine what this means but most importantly how to disconnect.
We will explore what keeps us at our desks; what motivates us to keep going long after finishing time; and why we find it hard to literally switch it all off.
The webinar will help you to understand what might be going on and most importantly to learn how you can take more control of your precious personal time.
The event will be held over Zoom. Please ensure you have access to Zoom in advance of the event taking place. Zoom is available on all PCs, laptops, tablets and Apple or Android devices.
The registration for the event will close once we reach capacity or at 3pm the day before the event.
