This current crisis has caused an immediate shift for all people to start working remotely. We may be saving hours every day on commuting, but are we actually getting more done? Managing your time is all about managing yourself.

This webinar will introduce participants to Time Management Skills & Best Practices, while Remote Working and help: • Deepen one’s appreciation of time as a resource • Develop a basic personalised time management system leading to personal success • Learn skills and techniques to make effective use of time • Appreciate one’s own pace and style • Develop a blueprint of personal success and actions

Kevin Fitzgerald

Following a successful career in the Financial Services sector Kevin has set up his own business T/A Equilibrium. With over twenty-five years management experience across multiple roles, Kevin has worked with people, and teams, across all levels of the organisation.

He is passionate about helping people to continually improve their performance and reach their potential, by facilitating, through self-discovery and coaching, areas for further improvement in order to build their confidence and effectiveness.

Leveraging off his many years in Learning & Development he now specialises in Presentation / Time Management / Influencing Skills and Leadership Development focussing on Culture and Accountability. He is motivated by the visible progress participants make during and post the learning interventions.

His qualifications include a Business Degree (1.1) along with multiple diplomas and certifications through the Institute. He is certified in Training Design, Build, Delivery and Change Management. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Bankers in Ireland and is a member (and previous Chairperson) of the East Region committee and Disciplinary Committee. He is a member of the Media Cube, Business Review Panel based at the IADT Campus. He has been an active Board Member of Dún Laoghaire Rathdown Chamber and a member of the Strategic Policy Committee (Planning) at Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council.
