Brought to you by the FSU, join IOB and Mary Gordon for an engaging discussion on the impact that both external and internal influences can have on your ethical framework. Mary will use practical examples to draw out some of the key ethical issues facing financial services professionals today and how internal and external influences can impact ethical decision-making.
Mary will explore creating awareness as to our environment and navigating ethical challenges in the workplace.
Questions and observations are welcomed.

Deputy Registrar, IOB
Mary holds the position of Deputy Registrar in IOB having qualified from UCD with a Bachelor of Civil Law (with French Law) in 2003 and practiced at the Bar of Ireland until 2013. With over 18 years of experience in Higher Level education, Mary’s research interests include ethics, leadership, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.
