Christine Moran is an independent non-executive director of a re-insurance subsidiary of the BNP Paribas Group and chairperson of an Irish domiciled loan origination ICAV. She is a member of the governing authority of Maynooth University and a member of the board of the National Maternity Hospital.
She has been involved in financial services for over twenty-five years holding senior positions in the corporate, institutional and retail markets and was previously an executive director of KBC Bank Ireland plc. She has extensive experience in the areas of governance, risk management and finance and has operated at a board level and on board audit and risk committees for over ten years.
Christine is a graduate of UCD, a Chartered Director, a Chartered Accountant having trained with PWC, a Certified Investment Fund Director and a Certified Bank Director.
