DEVELOPING AN EFFECTIVE CONSUMER FOCUSED CULTURE IN FINANCIAL SERVICES
Education is key to cultural change and we are actively supporting two new University College Dublin accredited programmes developed by the Institute of Banking and the Association of Compliance Officers of Ireland. These programmes are focused on leading and managing effective cultural change in the financial services industry.
Raising standards in Financial Services is at the heart of what we do and our UCD Accredited Culture Programmes are designed to equip participants with the knowledge and tools to lead and embed effective consumer culture in their organisations.
Developed in consultation with international leading academic and industry experts, adopting these programmes demonstrates an investment by organisations in the competence of their staff in the areas of culture, conduct risk, consumer protection risk assessment, ethics and expected behaviours.
The Institute of Banking is the education partner to the Irish Banking Culture Board (IBCB).
