June McGinn has been working in the asset management industry for nearly 10 years. She has worked as legal counsel for several asset management firms including PineBridge Investments, Citibank, Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Pioneer Investments . June advises on both the structuring and management of Irish and Luxembourg Funds and all aspects of corporate governance.
She holds a degree in Law and German from Trinity College Dublin, a Masters in Commercial Law from University College Dublin and a diploma in Finance Law from the Law Society of Ireland. June was admitted to the New York Bar in 2007 and joined the Rolls of Solicitors in Ireland and England and Wales in 2010.
