Paul is an independent  board member and corporate governance adviser. He has over 30 years’ experience in investment management.  His experience includes as a board member, audit committee member or chairperson at regulated financial companies, other commercial entities, regulators and non-profit bodies. He has a particular interest in ethical and social impact investing

Previously he worked at a senior level in investment management and financial services in Dublin and Geneva, as an economic adviser to Government Ministers, with the National Economic and Social Council and with the European Commission.

Board appointments have included with Pershing Securities ,Mackenzie Investments, the Apollo Fund, the Health Insurance Authority, The Pharmacy Regulator (PSI) ,and a Nursing Home Group. He has chaired non-profit organizations and audit committees, including currently for the Department of Environment, Climate and Communications . Paul is a Certified Investment Fund Director (CIFDI), a Chartered Director (IOD) and has completed the University of Cambridge Sustainable Finance course (CISL)
