IOB is delighted to be joined by Gerard Gill, Head of Asset Management for the Bankruptcy Division with the Insolvency Service of Ireland, for an overview of the bankruptcy process.
Gerard will walk attendees through this process – explaining key milestones along the way. Gerard will examine the main aspects of bankruptcy that PIPs (in particular) should be aware of. For example, Gerard will cover the obligations on those adjudicated bankrupt, immovable and movable assets in bankruptcy, treatment of the Family Home, Shared Home and Principal Private Residence, bankruptcy payment orders and the discharge/extension of bankruptcy.
There will also be time for questions from attendees.
