Join us and our speaker Mary Gordon for this interactive event which will invite you to consider your professional purpose and what drives and motivates you in the workplace.
Mary will examine both the blockers and the enablers to finding your ethical voice at work. She will explore how to speak up appropriately in a corporate setting when faced with an ethical dilemma and equip attendees with a practical toolkit to apply these concepts in the real world.

Deputy Registrar, IOB
Mary holds the position of Deputy Registrar in IOB having qualified from UCD with a Bachelor of Civil Law (with French Law) in 2003 and practiced at the Bar of Ireland until 2013. With over 18 years of experience in Higher Level education, Mary’s research interests include ethics, leadership, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.
