Registration for this event will close at midnight the night prior to the event or when it reaches capacity.
At this event we are joined by Marcello Pietrocola. Marcello will begin with a brief history of pensions and explanation of pay as a contract. He will discuss equal pension treatment and potential age discrimination in pensions. The event will reference the Equality Act, Pension Act and EU Directives and will use Case Studies and Examples to ground the theory in practice.

Marcello Pietrocola has over 33 years’ experience in the insurance industry, in the areas of financial planning, pensions and general insurance business, as founder and Director of Mentone Insurances Ltd.
He is a Chartered Insurance Broker, a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute, Certified Insurance Practitioner, Retirement Planning and a Qualified Financial Advisor, Licentiate of the Compliance Institute, Certified Data Protection Officer and in addition, a member of the Society of Underwriting Professionals of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
Marcello holds a Master’s degree in Employment Law in Practice, and co-authored legal journals published in 2021 in the Commercial Law Practitioner, by Thomson Reuters (Professional) Ireland.
