Join IOB and Mary Gordon (Deputy Registrar, IOB) for a conversation on how our external environment impacts our internal ethical framework.
Mary will give attendees a brief refresher on the inner ethical voice and how we might re-imagine our internal ethical framework.
Mary will then examine how externality affects our ethical core by probing the three C’s: Conflict, Culture and Collaboration, and how they impact behaviour(s). In so doing, we will learn how the micro and macro world around us plays a role in shaping our ethical voice. There will be time for questions from members.
This event will close at midnight 11 November 2024 or before if it reaches capcity.
