The Importance of Context for Successful Digital Transformation Successful transformation of financial services for a world where ‘everything that can be digital will be digital’ is complex and challenging to execute. It requires a range of business skills with effective implementation requiring the combination of project management and change management alongside digital capabilities. In this ‘taster event’ for the Professional Diploma in Digital Transformation in Financial Services, Paul Doyle, outlines his views on how change is inseparable from the context in which it is being executed, how context really matters and must be understood and adapted to. The event will provide a window into how the Programme informs and equips participants to understand, influence and execute Digital Transformation in financial services. The event will be held over Zoom. Please ensure you have access to Zoom in advance of the event taking place. Zoom is available on all PCs, laptops, tablets and Apple or Android devices.
