This event will highlight the potential financial challenges of theLGBTQIA+ community, will give IOB members confidence to interact with LGBTQIA+ clients and will promote inclusion and access within the financial services industry.

Keith Grant is a recruitment manager at Engage People Recruitment, specialists in financial services recruitment across Ireland.
Awarded the 2023 Recruiter of the Year award from the Employment and Recruitment Federation in Ireland, Keith has been recruiting in the financial services sector since 2021. Prior to this, Keith spent 15 years in corporate and investment banking, most recently as COO of EMEA Corporate Bank Operations with Deutsche Bank.
Keith is passionate about LGBT+ DEI; he founded the dbPride Ireland LGBT+ employee network in 2012, leading to Deutsche Bank being listed 4th in the top 10 most inclusive places for LGBT+ employees to work in the 2016 Workplace Equality Index Awards. Keith was also shortlisted for the National LGBT Inclusion Champion of the Year award this year.
Will has been in the investment industry for 20 years and manages wealth on behalf of executives, directors, company owners, retirees and charities. Before establishing SparksWealth in 2019, Will was an Associate Director with Quilter Cheviot (Formerly Morgan Stanley Quilter) and previously a Senior Stockbroker with Cantor Fitzgerald. Will started his career at Davy.
Will finished first in his year in University College Dublin Economics, completing a Masters in Economics on scholarship at Trinity College Dublin and a scholarship to complete a Masters in Finance at Cambridge University. Will is a Qualified Financial Adviser and has a certificate in Aviation Leasing from the Law Society of Ireland. Will also contributes regularly to the Sunday Independent and has presented at the ValueX conference in Davos, Switzerland.
Will was manager of the Leinster ‘A’ rugby team and has a keen interest in the sport. Will was President of the Gonzaga College Past Pupils Union and Chairman of the Dublin Insurance Athletic Association.
Joanne Gilmoran has over 28 years’ experience in the custody, banking and treasury industry.
Joanne Gilmoran was most recently MD and head of their Global Custody and Agency Services business within Equities, for Europe & Asia at Bank of America.
During her 17-year journey with Bank of America Joanne held roles in Operations, Account Management and held regional responsibility for the Global Custody & Agency Services line of business from 2012 to 2023. Joanne Gilmoran was a Director of the legal entity Bank of America Custodial Services (Ireland) Ltd.
She joined Bank of America in 2006 from BNP (formerly Fortis) where she worked for ten years in the custody and banking division. During her time at BNP, she held several roles including head of Operations and Global Process Owner for Banking & Custody.
Joanne was an Executive Co-Sponsor of the Bank of America LGBTQ+ Pride Network in EMEA. Joanne holds a degree in Business Studies, she resides in Dublin, Ireland with her wife and two children.
An experienced Governance and Management lead with over 20 years of financial services experience in Investment and Retail Banking. Very passionate about citizenship, inclusion, and diversity. Extensive experience/expertise in fund raising including event management having raised over £1M+ for LGBTQ+ charities. Lead for WithPride, Bank of Irelands LGBTQ+ network and member of the Board of HIV Ireland.
