Join Evelyn Cregan and Dr Sean O'Reilly for a programme information session covering the Graduate Diploma in Sustainable Transformational Leadership. This programme is a level 9 qualification and is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and competencies of financial services professionals in leadership for sustainability.
The programme covers ESG strategy, digital transformation’s impact on the financial services sector, risk management strategies, and organisational culture informed by sustainability principles. It aims to empower you to make a sustainable difference in your organisation, communities, and society as leaders.

Evelyn Cregan is Company Secretary, and Director of Executive Education at IOB. Her education portfolio in IOB covers governance, compliance, culture, sustainable finance and FinTech programmes. Evelyn spent over a decade lecturing in UCD, Smurfit, and Quinn Schools of Business across executive education, finance, accounting, and tax.
Evleyn is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, qualifying with KPMG and a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute (ICSA).
Dr Seán O’Reilly is an Assistant Professor of Accountancy at University College Dublin and Academic Director of the Master of Accounting programme at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Seán is a Chartered Accountant having trained at PwC before beginning his journey in academia. Seán has extensive experience in executive education and is part of the FAE lecturing team at Chartered Accountants Ireland as well as lecturing the ESG Risk Management and Data for Leaders module at IOB.
Seán’s PhD entitled Essays in Entrepreneurial & Green Finance examined the financing of early-stage Cleantech firms and environmental sustainability reporting practices in SMEs, focusing on the role of the accountant. He has published academic papers in highly ranked international peer- reviewed journals on sustainability reporting for SMEs.
