Bryan is a Certified Investment Fund Director with the CIFD Institute and a Director with a successful track record in financial services during a 21 year career working for domestic & international organisations.
Bryan has extensive knowledge of financial markets, regulatory frameworks and risk management, having worked at a senior and strategic level across trading, treasury and sales businesses. He has experience in inflation, securitisation, fixed income, commodities and currencies products and recently achieved the benchmark CFA Certificate in ESG Investing. He is derivatise expert with experience in pricing, valuation and risk management.
He was a Director of Barclays Investment Bank and Head of FX & Interest Rate Sales in Ireland until 2021 with responsibility for a diverse client base, including corporates, institutions, and hedge funds. He also held the title of Head of Treasury (Central Bank of Ireland PCF-21) within Barclays for seven years and from 2000 to 2006 he was a trader within the Global Markets division of Bank of Ireland. Mr Conway holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UCC and is approved with both the Central Bank of Ireland and the FCA (UK) for the sale of MiFID products.
