Cormac has over 20 years’ experience in management and senior leadership in the asset management industry, including performing CEO and directorship roles at executive and non-executive levels. He launched his career with Invesco Limited (IVZ) and held the position of CEO/Country Head of Ireland  and also performed executive and non-executive director roles on fund and management company boards for fund ranges domiciled in Ireland, Luxembourg and Mauritius. Ranges covered UCTIS equities, bonds, ETFs and Money Market Funds, which were distributed globally.  Led the development of a global internal program/project consultancy group which included implementing large scale regulatory and business initiatives for the organisation. Post Invesco, Cormac served as interim CEO for a leading third-party fund administrator BNY Mellon Fund Services (Ireland) DAC.

Has received Central Bank of Ireland authorisations for Pre-Approval Controlled Functions (PCFs); Executive Director (PCF1), Non-Executive Director (PCF2), Risk Chairperson (PCF5) and CEO (PCF8).

Cormac is a Certified Investment Fund Director. He is a member of the Certified Investment Fund Director Institute, the Irish Fund Directors Association and a licentiate of the Institute of Banking.
