An experienced investment funds Director and practitioner for a range of London, Luxembourg and Dublin collective investment schemes and corporate structures. Skills include fund governance, regulation, compliance, administration, product management, investment and operational risk, outsourcing and performance measurement.
Recent activity has involved responsibility for all aspects of setting-up an investment management company from scratch including building the business and governance model, refining the financial case, obtaining the regulatory permissions, appointing third party delegates and Investment Management groups, recruiting employees, implementing a systems infrastructure and working closely with distributors to launch and seed a range of UCITS funds.
Responsible for a global operating platform to provide operational, finance and product support to investment fund Boards and support teams working in other regions.
