Fergal has over 25 years’ experience in financial services with a strong emphasis in fixed income. He has extensive knowledge in banking, structured finance and board governance having worked in Dublin and London for ABN Amro, Citi, Lehman Brothers and co-founded a MiFID-authorised fixed income firm, Glas Securities. 

Fergal is an independent non-executive director of a number of Irish financial businesses and investment funds including a Super ManCo (UCITS/AIFM) and a Section 110 investment company. Fergal is currently authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland for PCF-1 and PCF-2 roles as a non-executive chairman and director.  

Fergal has a BA in Economics from University College Dublin and a Masters in Investment and Treasury from Dublin City University. He is Certified Investment Fund Director and a member of the Institute of Directors and the Irish Fund Directors Association.
