Fiona is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, and has more than twenty years’ experience in the financial services industry. She brings significant experience of investment funds from her roles at leading providers of administration and custody services including JP Morgan (UK and Ireland) and RBC Dexia Investor Services. In particular Fiona has been responsible for delivery of Trustee and Fiduciary services across a wide variety of investment fund products across multiple domiciles. She has also worked as an independent financial consultant advising on fund structuring, and internal policies and procedures has and has held a Senior Executive Officer role in the Fund Authorisation department of the Irish Financial Regulator, the Central Bank of Ireland.
Fiona currently serves as an Independent Director on the board of a Luxembourg authorised, Alternative Investment Fund. She is a member of the Audit and Financial Oversight Committee for this board responsible for overseeing financial reporting and disclosure.
