Gregory K. Ramirez is a Managing Director and Head of Vehicle Administration for Artisan Partners Limited Partnership. Mr. Ramirez chairs Artisan Partners’ risk committee and serves as CFO and Treasurer of the Artisan Partners U.S. mutual fund complex, as well as director to the Ireland-domiciled umbrella UCITS and multiple hedge funds sponsored by the firm.
Prior to his current role at Artisan Partners, Greg held a variety of finance and operational roles with the investment manager. Prior to joining Artisan Partners in July 1997, Mr. Ramirez was an Audit Manager with Price Waterhouse LLP, focusing on investment company audits and reviewing transfer agency controls.
Mr. Ramirez holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Iowa and a master’s degree in business administration from Marquette University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
