Gwen Collins is an Executive Manager at BNY Mellon where she is the Global Head of Issuer Services Product Management and Strategy and member of the Issuer Services Executive Council. Gwen is responsible for leading product for Issuer Services across all industry segments and geographies and working with senior leaders across the business to ensure that the strategies tie to business unit objectives.
Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Gwen operated Alpha Governance Partners LLC, a strategy consultancy serving corporate and distressed-fund clients. Prior to Alpha, Gwen was with the Federal Reserve where she led policy, strategy, and supervision across banks and technology service providers. Her work encompassed major risks impacting the financial services sector, including cybersecurity, credit, market, liquidity, operational, and information technology. She also represented the Fed on national and international interagency groups.
Gwen earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance and International Business Strategy from Case Western Reserve University and Bachelor of Administration degree in Finance and Economics from Washburn University. She is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program and pursuing her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.Gwen is a Certified Investment Fund Director, a Certified Bank Director, completed the Series 7 and Series 63, and is a visiting professor at the United States Army War College.
