Jean-Eric is an independent director based in Luxembourg specializing in real estate investment funds. He has over 18 years of experience in property finance and investment.
Previously, he was CEO of the French REIT Eurosic (BPCE group) and managed a portfolio of office properties worth 1.5bn€ combining core and value-add strategies. Before that, he was CFO of the leading listed real estate developer Nexity and was in charge of financial reporting and M&A.
Jean-Eric holds a Master of Mathematics from Ecole Polytechnique (Paris) and a Master of Civil Engineering from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (Paris). He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He is also an ILA (Luxembourg Institute of Directors) Certified Director.
