Julien is an Independent Non-Executive Director, serving on the Board of a French investment company by both the AMF and the ACPR, providing financial advice to institutional clients via private placement. He has extensive experience with UCITS and Real Estate Funds governance as Executive Director of several asset management entities totaling more than 250 months of board memberships, including : . Executive Director and member of the Audit and Risk Committees of a traditional French AMC and a Real Estate French AMC, . Chairman of the Board and member of the Audit and Risk Committees of a French custodian for Employee Savings assets, , Executive Director of two Luxembourg UCITS SICAVs and one ICAV, . Regulatory approval by the AMF, the ACPR, the CSSF and the CBI.
He also has a strong strategic, operational and regulatory background, having spent more than 20 years in the asset management industry, notably 5 years within the Asset Management Division of the French regulator AMF, and more than 15 years in the asset management arm of HSBC in Strategy and Operation including 7 years as COO HSBC Global Asset Management France, and 5 years in Head Office in London.
Julien has over 25 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. He is certified Financial Analyst and Certified Investment Fund Director.
