Michael Hoey is a Certified Investment Fund Director and has expertise in real estate, investment banking and governance. He is a professional Independent Director (PCF-2B) since 2022 and sits on the board of REALISINVEST EUROPA ICAV, a regulated fund investing in Irish real estate assets.
In his executive career, Michael has over 30 years’ international commercial experience in diverse sectors including retailing, real estate, investment banking, and asset management. He was Chairperson of HAIL, an Approved Housing Body which provides housing primarily to those with mental health difficulties. Michael is a member of the Commission on Housing Working Group on Delivery.
Michael has a Masters in Business Administration from Trinity College Dublin. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and has a Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute.
