Peter is an experienced director with extensive banking and financial services experience. As an executive he held CEO, CFO and COO roles at a number of Irish and international banks and as a non-executive director he is currently serving on a number of banks and investment firm boards as Chairman and Chair of Audit Committee.
He is approved by the Central Bank of Ireland at PCF 2,3,4 and 5 and by the PRA and FCA at SMCF 11.
Peter previously worked with the Central Bank of Ireland Markets Policy Division and has an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of investment fund management and governance together with comprehensive knowledge of the regulatory environment.
A Chartered Accountant, educated at honours degree and postgraduate levels he is also a Certified Bank Director.
