Roger is an alternative investment and finance expert with 15 years of experience. He is a partner of Multiplicity Governance, providing independent directorships, and a founder of Multiplicity Partners, a firm dedicated to private markets transactions and alternative investments. Previously he was Head of Product and Legal Structuring at Horizon21 and deputy head of Alternative Risk Trading at Bank Julius Baer. He started his career at McKinsey & Company.
Roger is a board member of Altin, an alternative investment company listed on the London and Swiss stock exchanges. He further serves as an independent director on offshore funds managing assets in excess of USD 650 million.
Roger holds a MA HSG (Economics) and is a Certified Financial Risk Manager.
