Suzanne Keane is an experienced fund services professional with extensive experience in the Global Fund Industry and is qualified as a Certified Investment Fund Director. Suzanne has proven experience and ability in the areas of Global Product Development, Due Diligence, Fund Regulation and Strategic Project and Change Management within all aspects of global fund administration businesses.
Suzanne’s experience also includes the establishment and authorisation of both Irish fund administration and custody businesses including the process of mergers and acquisitions of regulated companies. She has also held the position of executive director for a number of regulated fund administration entities in Ireland.
Ms. Keane has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Banking and Finance) and is an Associate member of the Institute of Banking in Ireland.
