Join IOB and ShoutOut for this event designed for leaders who want to create inclusive, high-performing environments and drive meaningful, lasting change within their organisations.

ShoutOut is a registered charity dedicated to improving life for LGBTQI+ people through storytelling and education, delivers this engaging workshop designed specifically for those in leadership roles.

This event explores how leaders can foster inclusive team cultures, build resilience, and implement best practices that support diversity and belonging. Attendees will gain the knowledge and confidence to lead by example, demonstrating a clear commitment to inclusion while strengthening collaboration, creativity, and performance within their teams.

Ruadhán Ó Críodáin - he/him

Executive Director of ShoutOut.

Ruadhán Ó Críodáin (he/him) is the Executive Director of ShoutOut. Since 2012, ShoutOut has been working to create an Ireland where every LGBTQI+ person can fully and proudly be themselves - by promoting empathy, providing education, and empowering LGBTQI+ individuals. Ruadhán oversees the charity’s educational programmes, which work to end homophobic and transphobic bullying in schools. Outside of ShoutOut, Ruadhán has served as a member of the Board of Directors of GAZE International LGBTQIA+ Film Festival, and previously worked in a number of arts and educational organisations.

Ruadhán developed a passion for activism as a volunteer in Ireland’s marriage equality and abortion rights campaigns in 2015 and 2018, and his approach is grounded in the grassroots ethos of those movements.
