The Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) recently introduced the Individual Accountability Framework (IAF) to improve executive accountability within the Irish Financial Services sector by increasing the transparency between Regulated Financial Services Providers (RFSPs) and the CBI. Join us and John Breslin SC and Paul O’Grady BL for an overview of the key components of the legislation that financial services professionals need to be aware of such as the Senior Executive Accountability Regime (SEAR), which requires in-scope firms to set out clearly and fully where responsibility and decision-making lie within the firm’s senior management. The session will also explore the three new tiers of Conduct Standards as well as the enhancements to the current Fitness and Probity regime. There will be time allocated for you to ask the speakers your questions. We hope that you will join us for what promises to be a very engaging and interesting discussion.
