Are you interested in a career in financial advice?
We would be delighted if you could join our information session about the UCD accredited programmes that lead to the APA and QFA designations - the Professional Certificate in Financial Advice and the Professional Diploma in Financial Advice.
Holding either an APA designation in the relevant category(ies) or a QFA designation is a requirement under the Central Bank's Minimum Competency Code for anyone who wishes to provide advice to consumers on specific retail financial products such as Housing Loans, Consumer Credit, Savings and Investments, Life Assurance and Pensions.
We will guide you through the path to achieving your designation, as well as providing information on module outlines, exam sessions and the supports IOB offers our students when undertaking their studies on these programmes and help you determine the most suitable path for you as you work towards your new career in financial advice.
This event will automatically close midnight the day before or if its fully booked
Caitriona is Head of CPD Accreditations and Financial Advice in IOB. She also holds the QFA designation and has spent a number of years working with IOB advising and guiding students through their studies. She also previously worked in a number of retail banks where she applied the skills she learnt through her studies in a practical way.
