The role of the compliance professional is becoming one of the most important positions in boardrooms as businesses seek to show investors, shareholders and customers that they can effectively deliver on regulatory requirements whilst fostering a culture of high performance at the same time.

With the evolving regulatory landscape, there is a very substantial body of knowledge to be assimilated by anyone operating within the profession in order to be effective. The expectation for a compliance professional is to have deep understanding and alignment with the goals and culture of the businesses in which they operate and develop expertise beyond the regulations.

Join Compliance Institute, Lincoln Recruitment and the IOB on 21st September as we chat with leaders from across the industry on their respective insights on building a high-performance culture and team with compliance/conduct at its core. Listen to our panel of industry experts as they discuss what to look for on this journey.
