IOB is delighted to welcome Andy Ivory-Corr for this engaging conversation on behavioral economics. Andy will explain the relevance of behaviour to financial planning and introduce us to the key concepts of behavioural economics.

The session will cover the psychology of bias, i.e. the irrational assumptions or beliefs that affect our ability to make a decision based on facts and evidence. Using real life, practical examples, Andy will equip attendees with the tools they need to help their clients navigate the emotional rollercoaster of investing – including steps that financial advisers can take today to manage their clients’ biases.

There will time allotted for questions from attendees.
