Join IOB and Eimear Harty, HR Director (Retail Ireland & Customer Office), Bank of Ireland, for this conversation on building neuroinclusive working environments.
Eimear will share her experience of implementing the Bank of Ireland neuro-inclusion strategy – including the Neuroinclusive Hiring Charter. The Charter outlines Bank of Ireland’s dedication to creating an inclusive hiring environment where diverse ways of thinking, working, and thriving are celebrated.
Attendees will learn more about how their organisations, big or small, can take key learnings from the implementation of the BOI neuro-inclusion policy in building more inclusive ways of working.

Eimear is HR Director for Bank of Ireland’s Retail division and Group Head of Inclusion & Diversity. Eimear joined Bank of Ireland in 2020, having spent 12 years in Microsoft Ireland.
She is passionate about Accessibility and Neuroinclusion, leading the strategy to make Bank of Ireland a neuroinclusive employer.

Joanne Healy is a qualified barrister, accredited mediator and co-author of HR and Employment: Policies and Procedures. (CAI, 2019)
Joanne is currently the Head of Employee Relations at Bank of Ireland, where she has recently introduced a policy providing supports and awareness for Neuro-inclusion at work. Joanne is passionate about reducing stigmas and promoting inclusivity and respect in the workplace as seen in the initiatives she has launched in Bank of Ireland including accessibility supports as well as domestic abuse, menopause, fertility, surrogacy and early pregnancy loss supports.
