Join IOB for an information session on career opportunities across banking and financial services leading to roles approved by the Central Bank of Ireland under Minimum Competency Code (MCC).

1pm to 1:30pm – Professional Certificate/Diploma in Compliance (LCI)

We will hear from Dr. Gerry Grenham on how the Certificate and Diploma in Compliance programmes can assist you in launching or progressing your career in Compliance. He will also discuss the Compliance Institute LCI designation.

1:30pm to 2pm - Professional Certificate/Diploma in Financial Advice (APA/QFA & EFA)

Programme Manager Caitriona McCarthy will provide an outline of the modules, the assessment, and most importantly how the programmes can be the first step for you to become either an Accredited Product Adviser (APA) or a Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA).

She will also speak about the role of an advisor in retail financial services and how these qualifications will assist with your career in this area.

All holders of the QFA with IOB will also gain the EFA (European Financial Advisor) designation.
