Consumer Protection and Consumer Rights take a centre role in the provision of financial services to consumers.
As part of IOB's participation in Global Money Week, 2024 which is being coordinated by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) we are inviting you our webinar on these very important topics.
Bryan will be providing an overview of the various Codes and Regulations which are relevant to the provision of advice to consumers of financial services products. In particular he will be focusing on the Consumer Protection Code ( in particular KYC), suitability for other credit products outside of the Consumer Protection Code and also on relevant parts of the Consumer Rights Act (that would be relevant to APA / QFA).
