In a rapidly evolving financial services landscape, professionals face increasing pressure to navigate complex situations where the “right” answer is not always obvious. Ethical decision making is no longer just a regulatory expectation — it is a core competency that supports consumer protection, organisational integrity, and long term trust in the industry.

This online evening bootcamp event will explore how financial services professionals can make sound, responsible decisions in challenging circumstances. Through practical examples, attendees will learn how to recognise ethical dilemmas, identify key risks, and apply clear, structured reasoning to real world situations.

We will also examine the role played by organisational culture, cognitive bias, and behavioural pressures — and how these factors can influence judgment, sometimes without our awareness. Attendees will leave with practical tools and reflective prompts they can apply in their daily work to feel empowered as they partake in decision-making processes.

This event will automatically close midnight the day before or if its fully booked.

There is 1 CPD hour available in Ethics for all designations (including Certified Financial Planner)
