Join IOB and Tracy Tookey, consultant (Tracy Tookey Consulting Limited), for an update on the Individual Accountability Framework (IAF). Tracy will deliver an informative session recapping on the Senior Executive Accountability Regime (SEAR), new Conduct Standards, Enhancements to the current Fitness & Probity (F&P) Regime and Amendments to the Administrative Sanctions Procedure (ASP).
The session will focus on the practical application of the legislation to individuals and firms in scope, the changes that financial services professionals need to be aware of and the steps firms need to take to secure compliance .

Tracy Tookey
For over 25 years, Tracy has performed a variety of roles at senior, group and board level in the financial & corporate services sectors (including: PCFs 12, 13 and 14; MLRO, AMLCO) as well as advising and supporting organisations in the public and not for profit sectors on a wide range of GRC SME areas and regulatory regimes (including: Ireland, UK, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Luxembourg).
Tracy now runs her own consultancy business which provides advisory & support services, director & officer appointments and training to a range of clients and sectors, educational establishments, and professional bodies.
