Join IOB and Dr Gerry Grenham to find out more about the programmes that will help you to become MCC compliant. Under the Central Bank of Ireland's regulations, the minimum competency requirements that came into effect for Credit Unions in October 2024. As part of IOB’s ongoing support for Credit Union members, we want to advise you of the ways you can gain a professional designation required under the Central Bank of Ireland Minimum Competency Code (MCC).

Dr Gerry Grenham
Senior Academic Consultant, IOB
Dr Gerry Grenham is former Head of Postgraduate Programmes and currently Senior Academic Consultant at IOB. His experience covers all aspects of IOB educational programmes, with particular emphasis at the postgraduate level. He has been involved with the Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning since the programme’s inception and is a former Programme Director. As Programme Director he has been involved in programme design and review over the years.
Gerry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, a Masters in Management Science (now Data Analytics) and a PhD in Management Information Systems.
