Elizabeth Arnett will outline the benefits and challenges of implementing a positive customer focused culture in your organisation and how you can measure it. In this ‘taster event’ for the Professional Diploma in Leading Cultural Change and Ethical Behaviour in Financial Services, Programme Director, Evelyn Cregan, will outline how the programme will provide students with the knowledge and tools to lead and embed effective cultures in their organisations.

Elizabeth Arnett

Director of Corporate Affairs, Ulster Bank and Member of the Irish Banking Culture Board, IBCB

Elizabeth has responsibility for the development and implantation of the bank wide Corporate Affairs Strategy including internal and external stakeholder management. Prior to joining UBI DAC Elizabeth was Head of Corporate Affairs at Irish Water during the very challenging start-up phase and prior to that was Director of Project Communications at RPS Group. Elizabeth has a passion for organisational culture and brings a wealth of experience from a range of organisations (NGO, private and public sector) and industries to her current role. Elizabeth joined IBCB in July 2021.

IOB Director of Executive Education

Evelyn Cregan is Company Secretary, and Director of Executive Education at IOB. Her education portfolio in IOB covers governance, compliance, culture, sustainable finance and FinTech programmes. Evelyn spent over a decade lecturing in UCD, Smurfit, and Quinn Schools of Business across executive education, finance, accounting, and tax.

Evleyn is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, qualifying with KPMG and a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute (ICSA).
