Join us this October for Cyber Security Month! In an era of fast-tracked digital transformation what can we do protect ourselves, our organisations, and the industry as a whole from Cyber Crime?
In this session, IOB discusses the current trends and issues arising today in Cyber Security with industry expert Jacky Fox, Managing Director, Security, Accenture in Ireland, and Global CTO Accenture Security
Jacky will cover areas such digital transformation and acceleration and banking in the current digital era.
The current trends in both global and local security landscapes, while also providing information on how to be more resilient in the face of Fraud, and ransomware threats. She is also going to share her top tips for creating and maintaining Cyber Security hygiene.
The event will be held over Zoom. Please ensure you have access to Zoom in advance of the event taking place. Zoom is available on all PCs, laptops, tablets and Apple or Android devices. The link to join the event will be emailed to registered members on the day of the event.
The registration for the event will close once we reach capacity or at 2pm the day before the event.

Jacky leads Accenture’s security business in Ireland and has 20+ years’ experience in technology and cyber security consulting. She holds an MSc in Digital investigations and Forensic computing, a GCFA and a GICSP. She has worked across multiple industry sectors and specialises in helping organisations to understand and treat their cyber risk. Jacky has had the experience of investigating many large and small scale national and international breaches. She is also Vice-chair on the board of CyberIreland and is an adjunct lecturer for UCD on their MSc in forensics and security. In 2018, she was awarded ‘Security Champion of the Year’ in Ireland for her contribution to the Irish security industry and her mentorship and encouragement of women in security.
