Brian Golden

AI & Automation Lead, Enterprise Transformation | Central Bank of Ireland

Brian Golden leads risk-mitigating transformation initiatives aligned to strategic priorities. He previously led Data Strategic Initiatives, delivering daily fund data capabilities and automated regulatory compliance monitoring.

Brian is currently spearheading a digital transformation workstream focused on AI and automation within an enterprise-wide programme, driving scalable digital capability and targeting multi-million euro efficiency savings while enhancing operational effectiveness and people’s work lives.

He has over 25 years’ experience as an economist, risk advisor and project manager, specialising in regulation, data analytics and policy at national and international levels.


Antariksh Agarwal

Supervisor, Data Management and Intelligence | Central Bank of Ireland

Antariksh Agarwal has spent over five years working in the Irish financial sector, with a focus on data strategy and regulatory oversight. Currently a Supervisor in the Data Management and Intelligence team at the Central Bank of Ireland, he manages the automated data cycles that ensure accurate reporting for the Capital Markets and Funds division.

He specialises in bridging the gap between technical systems and business needs, employing AI and advanced analytical frameworks to enhance supervisory tools and generate the insights required for informed, data-driven decision-making.
