IOB Belfast Regional Committee invites you to this online event. Conor will discuss the outlook for the Northern Ireland economy in 2022 and Alan will take us through Leadership Resilience and how leaders can ensure they survive and thrive in a rapidly changing workplace.
The registration for the event will close once we reach capacity or at 2pm the day before the event.
The event will be held over Zoom. Please ensure you have access to Zoom in advance of the event taking place. Zoom is available on all PCs, laptops, tablets and Apple or Android devices. The link to join the event will be emailed to registered members on the day of the event.

Conor is the Chief Economist at Danske Bank, acting as the Bank’s spokesperson and a trusted subject matter expert on all UK and Northern Ireland economic and related matters. Conor is responsible for Danske Bank’s Quarterly Sectoral Forecasts and Consumer Confidence Index and is a regular contributor across the local media. He often speaks at business functions and with Danske Bank customers on his views around the global, UK and Northern Ireland economies.
Alan is a business psychologist who works internationally as a leadership coach, trainer and keynote speaker. He is a partner at KinchLyons – where psychology means business!
He is also the creator of The Team Turbine framework which assists individuals, teams and leaders to implement the paradigm shifting ideas contained within the book iChange.
Alan is passionate about helping people to perform at their optimal level through leveraging emotional intelligence, clarifying purpose, disciplined execution and enhancing mental toughness.
