Women possess a variety of skills and attributes that make them particularly well-suited to a career in financial planning. Women are often more collaborative and relationship-focused in their work, which can be particularly valuable in financial planning where building trust and maintaining long -term relationships with clients is critical. Furthermore, women tend to have a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that other women face when it comes to managing their finances, such as the gender pay gap, career interruptions and different risk appetites. Join us for a discussion on the role of women in financial planning where we will discuss how the combination of these skills and insights make women uniquely qualified to excel in the field of financial planning and provide valuable support and guidance to their clients, regardless of gender.
