As many industries abruptly shifted to working from home due to COVID-19, we must begin to think about what will happen when mass remote working is replaced by an organisation specific approach to hybrid working.

As we move into a new phase of our working lives, there are huge opportunities, and challenges ahead. Join IOB for a keynote address by Audrey O’Mahony, Managing Director with Accenture on what this next phase could look like, and how the role of leaders could change in a new model.

Audrey will share her thoughts on how workforces can be supported and the current challenges posed to employees and businesses. She will also share advice on how leaders can leverage the positives that have emerged within workforces during the pandemic and how businesses can operate into the future.

The event will be held over Zoom. Please ensure you have access to Zoom in advance of the event taking place. Zoom is available on all PCs, laptops, tablets and Apple or Android devices. The link to join the event will be emailed to registered members on the day of the event.

The registration for the event will close once we reach capacity or at 2pm the day before the event.

Managing Director

Audrey O’Mahony is a Managing Director who leads the Talent and Organisation practice at Accenture in Ireland, where she has worked for over 15 years.

Audrey has spent most of her career working with clients on large scale workforce transformation programmes, particularly in the financial services sector.

She has also supported a range of Accenture clients on their talent management agendas, from learning and rapid re-skilling, to talent strategy and employee proposition, future workforce planning and culture change.
