This event is for members of IOB or Compliance Institute (or others) interested in hearing about our joint compliance programmes.
It will include details of sources of funding for each programme (where applicable).
The programmes to be covered are:
- Professional Certificate in Compliance
- Professional Diploma in Compliance (and related LCI professional designation)
- Professional Diploma in Leading Cultural Change and Ethical Behaviour
- M Sc in Compliance
We will also be joined by Faye Crossan, past student of the Professional Diploma in Compliance. Faye will discuss her experience with completing the programme, the benefits of completing the programme and how it has helped with her career
At the end of this session attendees will have an overview of the programmes available for application for both T3 (summer 2025) and the coming academic year (commencing September 2025.
As Operations Manager, Faith is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the operational and administration aspects of the Institute.
With a background within the Healthcare industry, most recently Faith worked in implementing quality, safety and risk control protocols for a large primary care organisation.
Faith has over 14 years’ experience in operations; across customer service, IT, people management, project management, recruitment and quality, safety and risk. Faith has previously worked in Centric Health and Locomotion.
Faye McCrossan has been active in the Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) area since 2015. Since joining ONE group solutions, she has responsibility for their Compliance and MLRO services in Ireland, assisting with the development and growth of the Irish business from an AML perspective. Faye holds internal and external Money Laundering Reporting Officer (“MLRO”) roles, providing guidance and expertise on AML and compliance matters to boards of directors and stakeholders.
Prior to joining ONE group solutions in January 2026, Faye was employed by Kroll Advisory (Ireland) Limited where she was a Vice President on the Regulatory Consulting team with responsibility for the AML and MLRO service offerings. In the past, Faye has been appointed as MLRO and and Anti- Money Laundering Compliance Officer (“AMLCO”) to a number of funds, management companies and investment advisors domiciled in both Ireland and the Cayman Islands. She has also held various AML roles with fund management companies and administrators.
Faye has gained an excellent knowledge and understanding of AML legislation through her experience working in operations and as a consultant.
Dr Gerry Grenham is former Head of Postgraduate Programmes and currently Senior Academic Consultant at IOB. His experience covers all aspects of IOB educational programmes, with particular emphasis at the postgraduate level. He has been involved with the Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning since the programme’s inception and is a former Programme Director. As Programme Director he has been involved in programme design and review over the years.
Gerry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, a Masters in Management Science (now Data Analytics) and a PhD in Management Information Systems.
