Join IOB and Andrea McNamara, a director in Private Client law with EY Law Ireland, for this online conference. Andrea will walk attendees through the key aspects of inheritance and estate planning.
Most of us agree that we should have a will in place but how do we actually go about making one and what are the risks and real-life consequences of not having a will? The session will cover the common mistakes people make when drafting their will and will equip attendees with strategies for making one’s will as effective as possible.
Andrea will also discuss the effect of separation and divorce on your estate, as well as the position for unmarried partners on the death of their partner. The session is designed to empower attendees with the most pertinent and up-to-date information in this area and to inspire conversations that you should be having now with parents, partners, children and yourself.
There will be time allotted for member questions.
