A tokenised investment fund is a fund where its shares or units are digitally represented and can be traded and recorded on a distributed ledger. In this webinar, industry experts will seek to:
• Explain how the tokenisation process is achieved and what is involved
• Discuss the opportunities, including current use cases

Paula is an experienced INED, a Chartered Director and a Certified Bank Director with more than 30 years’ experience in financial services. Throughout her career to date, Paula has held a number of senior business and legal roles. Paula who is also a lawyer, was one of the founding partners of one of Ireland’s leading financial services law firms.
More recently, Paula was appointed CEO of one of Ireland’s largest Depositary entities and subsequently became the Ireland Branch Manager of the European Bank of a large US global financial institution, following the merger of the Depositary entity with the Irish branch. In conjunction with her role as Branch Manager, Paula was also the head of the European Depositary business with responsibility for Luxembourg, Germany, the Netherlands and Denmark as well as Ireland.
Paula has a keen interest in blockchain and emerging technologies being a founding member of BlockW and has also completed the Cambridge Sustainable Finance course to enhance her knowledge in this rapidly evolving area.

Jacqueline Wiseman is a Senior Product Manager with over 26 years of experience in the financial industry. Jacqueline works for Northern Trust’s Global Fund Services business as the global Product manager for Digital Assets and Exchange Traded Products.
Jacqueline originally trained as a Civil Engineer, building roads for the first 3 years of her career. Jacqueline then moved into the financial Services Industry in 1998 working in Transfer Agency, and for the next 17 years managed operational teams, client implementations, and product launches, in the UK and Luxembourg. In 2015 Jacqueline transitioned to a Senior Product Manager role with the launch of the UK’s ACS Authorised Contractual Scheme.
Jacqueline specialises in complex multi functional products such Tax Transparent Funds, Investment Trusts, Exchange Traded Products, and digital assets. From crypto ETPs to tokenised funds Jacqueline collaborates with various working groups to help bring innovate products to market.
Jacqueline is a chartered member of the CISI (Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment) and currently serves on the Irish Funds Digital Asset Project Group, and the IA IF3.0 Lab.
Hannah is a Partner in the Asset Management and Investment Funds team of Dillon Eustace LLP (“Dillon Eustace”). Hannah advises large international asset managers, based in the US, UK and EU, on a wide range of legal and regulatory matters in respect of Irish funds, including the structuring, establishment, operation and compliance of Irish UCITS and AIFs. In addition, Hannah advises Irish service providers to Irish funds, including AIFMs and UCITS Management Companies.
Hannah has been working with Dillon Eustace since 2014 where she trained and qualified as a solicitor in 2016. Shortly after qualification Hannah completed a secondment with a global asset management group based in Dublin where she joined the legal team. Hannah directly assisted the head of legal and was involved in day-to-day legal matters regarding the group’s MiFID business and its dual authorised Irish AIFM and UCITS Management Company businesses.
Hannah regularly advises Irish funds with various strategies, including ESG and non-ESG focused strategies, and with various asset classes, such as for example, equities, hedge, fixed income, loan origination, private debt and credit. Hannah also advises on the establishment, authorisation and ongoing operation of Irish AIFMs, UCITS Management Companies and Super Management Companies with individual portfolio management.
Hannah sits on Dillon Eustace’s internal working group for digital assets as well as the Irish Funds working group for digital assets.
John Burrowes is a Senior Product Manager at Invesco Investment Management Limited, where he works on product implementation and development for Invesco’s EMEA-distributed, institutional and retail product ranges. John has a developed a deep expertise, driven from profound interest, in DLT as transformative technology and sees its multifaceted possibilities within asset and fund management and its potential to improve investor options and outcomes.
As Chair of the Irish Funds Digital Asset Working Group, John seeks to champion discussions about digital assets and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) in Ireland. This role reflects a dedication to understanding and integrating digital assets within the asset management industry and keeping Ireland at the forefront of innovation in the space.
