During the webinar the presenters will share with us an overview of Audit Committee developments and the regulatory landscape ahead.
With less than twelve months to go to the January 2025 deadline for firms to be able to demonstrate DORA compliance, we will discuss the compliance obligations and expectations at this date and the approach to setting up a robust DORA Programme.
Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) risks and opportunities, as well as their impact on long-term value creation for both public and private organisations, are top of mind for investors and other stakeholders. The role of the Audit Committee in overseeing ESG reporting will become more critical. We will provide an overview on the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and what key questions audit committees should ask in relation to ESG.
