Brought to you by the FSU, join IOB and Mary Gordon for an engaging discussion on the role that ethics plays in decision-making in financial services. Mary will use practical examples and real-life case studies to draw out some of the key ethical issues facing financial services professionals today and how your mindset impacts ethical decision-making. Mary will explore creating awareness as to our mindset and developing an ethical framework for decision-making. Questions and observations are welcomed.

Mary Gordon
Deputy Registrar, IOB
Mary holds the position of Deputy Registrar in IOB having qualified from UCD with a Bachelor of Civil Law (with French Law) in 2003 and practiced at the Bar of Ireland until 2013. With over 18 years of experience in Higher Level education, Mary’s research interests include ethics, leadership, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.
